Positive: The Guy that worked the counter was very friendly. The breakfast was pretty tasty.
Negative: The beds were hard. The tub was dirty and wet like someone just got out of it and the room smelled funny.
Summary: It was do-able for a quick night stay. Not sure if I would stay there again.
